When Ansley was on the verge of crawling I remember my Mom saying "once she starts there is no going back!". Boy, she was right.
Not only did she go from crawling to standing in the span of a week and a half but now she is cruising on furniture. Couch to table to couch to floor to couch then back to table...you get the point.
Here are some pics we took the first time we discovered Ans standing in her crib. As you can see, she is very proud of herself.

awww! i've also realized how true this is lately with james starting to crawl (julia's apparently decided crawling is icky) in earnest now and their practicing standing (while held). it's exciting but kind of makes you miss the days you could put them down anywhere and didn't have to worry.
