First Christmas excitement

Here is Ansley on her first Christmas. All in all...I think she was unimpressed with all the hoopla. Maybe next year.

Bath time!

Ansley's first bath was a total blast...well, not really. She actually screamed her head off. Apparently she isnt a big fan of being clean.

First Thanksgiving

This year our friends Al, Beth and baby Patrick came over for Thanksgiving. Since we weren't traveling to see our families it was great having our friends around.

Plus, since Ansley and Patrick will eventually be dating we figured it was a good idea to introduce them early on :) Beth loved Ansley a little to much. We were worried she might smuggle her out of our house in her purse. Al is a great cook and made all of the side dishes. We definitely had quite the spread.

I picked up some tasty desserts from the company I work for (Thanks La Boulange!). Who doesn't love gourmet sweets. All in all I think Ansley had a great first Thanksgiving. Next up, Christmas with the Eislers!

Grandma Kates first visit

My Mom came to visit for the weekend and had a great time with little Ansley. I have to say, Mom is the baby whisperer. She got Ansley to sleep in the bassinet in about 2.5 seconds. Something we had been trying to do but the little one wasn't having it. Good job Grandma!
